Yes, old school cuisine in new perceptions thanks to the capability of looking the old simple dishes with new eyes. I enjoyed "polipetti" which my mother used to cook when I was young: the same main ingredient but with a new breath. And the "briciola" is not just "ajo, ojo e peperoncino", even if there are also those ingredients inside, there are other few ingredients and flavors which give a new significance, not complicating a typical meal which must remain simple and simple "briciola" remains. Very good wines. Thanks to the staff, superb, and thanks to the Chef and to all his collaborators, we spent two wonderful dinners, in the few days we were in Colico.
