Delicious. Local & sustainable. Unforgettable. The M/S Bjornvag is an old fishing vessel - now fine dining restaurant - permanently docked in Tromso. Preparing local, sustainable meals is very important to the chefs - and as they serve each course, they explain where the food originated from. Not only that, Eivind, the owner, personally tells tales of the origins of the boat, the recipes, even the china and cutlery the delicious food is served on. The stories are not limited to Eivind though - Johanna and Felix also added to the evening's enjoyment. And the food! So, so good! This is like having a meal in a wonderful chef's personal kitchen - 5 patrons total, 3 people cooking for us. Unbelievable!
