Just another normal Wednesday around 20 (8pm). The restaurant was about 1/3 full so there shouldn't be any rush here. The place is nice, and new with cool inventory and nice places to sit. I really like the look of the place. The meny has lots of different stuff, so pretty much everyone should find something they like here. So the first impression was very nice... then the wait started... It took seriously 20 minutes after we entered the restaurant, before we even got to order. We would expect to get to order drinks pretty much as soon as we sat down, but the long wait made us order everything at the same time, as I mentioned, 20 minutes later. Then it took 18 more minutes before the beer got to our table!! And ONLY because we had to ask where the heck it was!!!!! This is so crap service I have no words! Not only that, but they were out of several of the thing on the menu, and they didn't have any of the "buns". Would also have expected to get that information when we sat dow, and not when we were ready to order!! The food finally came and it looked delicious. But we had ordered lots of different stuff, and we got no explanation of what was what... We had to ask for soy cups, and of course wait for them also. That being said, the food was very good. Lots of great tastes, and looked very nice. So almost full score there. They only seem to accept credit card payment here and not cash. So why only 1 star instead of 2, which might have been more correct. That's because I've read through several of the 5 star reviews, and there are a lot of people giving full score for no particular reason. And this is NOT a 5 star restaurant. So I simply have to do what I can to get the rating down to a correct level.
