We ate at Perroquet around the corner a few nights prior and Lou Ciapacan definitely topped it! The 2-3 course set menu selections made it easy to order and try a variety of foods. It was all delicious and the wait service was the best we’ve had From Paris to Nice, Monaco, and Antibes. My husband had the Foie Gras and seafood plate, while I chose toasted goat cheese with salmon and the duck. Portions and flavors were very pleasing, and the vanilla creme brûlée was a sweet ending to the meal. Highly recommend.
