At 5pm there were three sets of people already waiting for them to open the door, and a steady stream the entire time we were there. A cozy place with exposed brick walls and wooden floors, but with only 15 two-top tables, so minimal seating. Many were picking up orders. The food was nothing short of fantastic. My only other experience with Vietnamese food was at places that specialize mainly in Pho, and theirs must be excellent here because every other table was ordering it. I opted for the grilled pork Vermicelli, a tasty noodle dish with pickled veggies, fresh herbs, chopped peanuts and a light, citrus-y dressing, It was an amazing explosion of tastes and textures. And if that wasn't enough, it included an Imperial Spring Roll - one of the best spring rolls I've ever eaten. My girlfriend had Imperial Rolls as an appetizer and was blown away with those and the grilled lemongrass chicken and fried egg on rice. It's been a long time since I enjoyed such amazing food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere at an incredible value. Absolute top notch.
