I really like this place, and I typically find myself there for business meetings over lunch. We tend to order an app to share and then each order a salad, or one of the specials. I've never had anything but a very good meal here. There is, however, one bartender who is somewhat obnoxious and inserts himself inappropriately into conversations, and despite not understanding food or wine very well, is rather pushy in making unwanted suggestions. Very odd for a place that is otherwise so pleasant. I would not sit at the bar again if he is working, however, this will not stop me from returning because otherwise the staff, food and ambiance are very good, consistently.
