Odos. A classicist amongst you may know the etymology for this word. It’s the Ancient Greek word οδός, meaning journey. I laugh when writing this because at Odos, you yourself go on a journey. Tis a journey of the tongue, a journey of the pallet, a journey of friendship, a journey of life. It’s name is resonant in what it is. Stepping foot in the restaurant, one can only feel delight at the sociality of the owners. The food, oooooooohhhh the food, a sprinkling of stars on those buds of tongue. The Orzu, in itself is enough to emulate content into the face of a man of melancholy. Go there I demand! Be in the place of friendship, good food and joy. Go on a ‘journey’ to Odos.
