There, Nonno Umberto, a severe and hardworking man, maitre d' at Ristorante Stela Polare, encouraged his sons Renzo, Enrico and Sergio to follow in his footsteps. One of them stood out. It was brilliant! My father, Manzoli Renzo Tomazzo Giovanni, a young immigrant, made history in great houses in Italy, Portugal and Brazil.
